EU Commission and government of Greece aim in wrong direction: Germany and Luxembourg are not Turkey. 🤔
After 59 illegals (unaccompanied minors) were sent to Germany/Luxembourg from Greece, 51 new illegals arrived in Greece via Turkey today. Just like that, back to square one.
After a delay of 35 days…it continues. The first boat with 51 illegal immigrants from Afghanistan and Africa arrived today at the Good Port of northwestern Lesvos, the wider area of Skalochori, which is away from the usual landing points in eastern, northeastern and eastern Lesvos.
* The Merkel/Erdogan Pact, which involved a ‘one for one swap’ of Syrians only…plus the pledge to deport of “all irregulars” to Turkey, never happened.
It was exactly the same type of deception and bull that Angela Merkel and the EPP Party (which the Greek PM belongs to) are trying to deceive Europeans with again today. It was all “one way”…heavy relocations to the EU but no returns to Turkey.
The EPP and Horst Seehofer are like snakes, using ‘returns’ (which are not pursued with any determination and thus rarely occur outside of Europe) as bait in order to push more EU relocation solidarity schemes.
The EPP Party (like the CSU of Bavaria) cannot be trusted in any way and are mere tools of Merkel and the EU establishment to prevent a legitimate centre right and national conservative group from gaining strength in Europe in order to actually stop mass migration.
The EPP Party has been the majority party in the EU with the most power for the past five years…and the last two EU Commission presidents were EPP members. Based on the results (not Manfred Weber talk), it has failed miserably to defend Europe during the migration crisis. This should not be surprising given that the EPP matriarch is Angela Merkel.
Both the ruling parties of Hungary and Slovenia should exit this bottom-shelf party to join the national conservatives (PiS, VOX, Meloni, etc) at the ECR Group.
In the long run, Orban will make this group stronger, and the EPP would suffer a major blow.
