Pleasantly shocked…but the Court actually got the main issue right in Italy.

The European Court of Human Rights has ruled against the migrant rescue ship, ‘Sea-Watch 3’, after it appealed for an emergency decree to allow migrants stranded on the ship to disembark in Italy.

Italy’s Interior Minister Matteo Salvini welcomed the decision, tweeting that Strasbourg had confirmed his country’s ‘choice of order, common sense, legality and justice’.

Those on board are believed to be migrants from a number of African countries, including Niger, Guinea, Cameroon, Mali, Ghana and the Ivory Coast.

The European Court of Human Rights did indicate that Italian authorities must continue to provide all necessary assistance to vulnerable people on board the ship.

* While the migrants must be provided with a safe place (which can include a ship), Italy is under no obligation to grant entry. The V4 Report has written about this before.

The crew of the Sea Watch migrant transfer ship knows this too and they were well aware of Salvini’s policy to protect the safety of Italians by closing the ports. Despite this, Sea Watch decided to use the migrants as props to push its agenda, which is shameful. But then again, Sea Watch and other open-border mercenaries have no shame…the NGOs lured the migrants to Libya in the first place.

Salvini is right…those responsible for the migrants are the German NGO and the migrant ship flying the flag of the Netherlands. They must be sent back to Africa, and not resettled in the EU, or this will only attract more smugglers and migrants. Sea Watch promotes these travels in Africa.

The pro-migrant media has also been involved in manipulating the situation. For instance, Salvini does not intend to fine NGOs for picking up migrants (as reported) but for transferring them to Italy, instead of to a closer safe port in Africa like Tunisia.

* The globalists, including many of the EU establishment (Macron, Renew Europe, Council of Europe), are trying to destroy Salvini; now, more than ever, Visegrad and other CEE nation states must fully and publicly support Salvini’s efforts in Italy.

After all, Salvini is not only defending Italy, but all of Europe.
