Slovenia desperately needs to clean out its current government. The current PM (Renew Europe) is a clown… literally and figuratively.
The government of Slovenia (ALDE or Renew Europe), like the Plenkovic regime (EPP) in Croatia, does as told by Brussels. Both ratified the UN Migration Compact and both participant in the EU migrant redistribution scheme. This despite the heavy pressure from illegals on its borders.
Both governments are out of the mainstream in Central Europe, allow Germany and France to influence its decisions and are out of touch with their people, who want no part of this West EU multicult.
In our opinion, EPP and Renew Europe (plus Socialists and Greens) are establishing a German-like “Grand Coalition” regime at the EU level and moving Europe down the wrong path.
There must be a new bloc of leaders to challenge the establishment or the EU will keep expanding and eventually the EU federalists will prevail.
– Slovenian Prime Minister Marjan Šarec managed only 12.5% of the vote in June 2018 but formed a minority government. Despite problems with illegal migrants entering the country from 2015 onwards, it was only Matteo Salvini’s threatening in Trieste to put up barbed wire on the Italian eastern border which compelled Marjan Šarec to at last admit that there was a migrant problem in Slovenia.
Before this, he denied the problem and lied to the public, claiming that Slovenia was protecting its border just fine.
With pressure from the public and the first Islamic terrorist attack in Slovenia, Prime Minister Šarec sent an additional 35 soldiers to patrol over 600 kilometers along the southern border. However, the Slovenian army has no legal authority to protect the border. Soldiers are there only to watch as migrants illegally enter the country as by law they are not allowed to intervene. Only the police force is allowed to do that.
* One will see a lot of this in Europe, where EU enthusiasts offer slogans and meaningless resolutions to try to fool the public that they somehow have things under control. This is one of the reasons why the EU is so keen on “censorship” and inventing terms like “populists” to combat their opponents.
In reality, they have no answers, except for resorting to endless babble about a useless Frontex and “more EU”. Where have we heard this before?
