Visegrad News! Look out! Here comes the European Commission.
– The EU presents their July “infringements package” against the European nation states. Only Brussels would come up with a monthly report of so-called “infringements”.
No wonder the bloated leviathan in Brussels wastes so much money and time. Something seems very “backwards” and abnormal with the culture of Brussels.
– Letters of formal notice, reasoned opinions, referrals to the Court of Justice of the European Union and even some “closures” (i.e., acts of submission).
Apparently, the European nation states are now just students to be warned and graded on a monthly basis by the teachers in Brussels.
They even have “infringement packages” posted for the general public and the list is quite lengthy. Please open the attached link below for a preview, but give yourself plenty of time. Remember, this is only for one month.
– While somewhat comical, it is also very alarming and shows the mindset of the Eurocrats in Brussels. They want to control every aspect of a nation state’s affairs. Brussels has slowly but surely turned into a tyrannical monstrosity.
If not cut down now, the EU’s appetite for control and power will only grow. Many campaigned on downsizing Brussels and returning powers to the nation states. Now is the time to take action.
** Brussels, 19 July 2018
In its monthly package of infringement decisions, the European Commission (‘Commission’) is pursuing legal action against Member States for failing to comply with their obligations under EU law. These decisions, covering various sectors and EU policy areas, aim to ensure the proper application of EU law for the benefit of citizens and businesses.
*** So the EU will decide what is best for the citizens and businesses of Poland and every other nation state? One sees where this is headed.
