Direct flights from Turkey to Germany…and the passengers are not tourists.

No wonder some airlines signed up as partners to the UN Migration Compact?

When the media only reports half of the whole story. 🤨

– On Tuesday, 254 Syrians were transferred from Turkey to Germany for Humanitarian protection, Welt reports.

The plane landed in Hanover and some migrants will stay in the federal state of Lower Saxony.

Germany agreed to accept up to 500 Syrians per month in the frame of the EU-Turkey deal. Since April 2016, some 9,000 migrants were transferred which is far below the limit of 20,000 migrants.

🤔 What did they leave out regarding Syrians and all non-Syrian “irregulars” under the EU-Turkey deal…two items.

1. The 1:1 swap. For every Syrian resettled to the EU from Turkey, one Syrian was to be deported back to Turkey.

Has Germany sent back 9,000 Syrians to Turkey? Of course not…and it’s not even close.

2. All non-Syrian “irregulars” (which is all, since Turkey is a UN safe country) entering Greece by sea via Turkey were to be sent back.

How is that working out? It isn’t…and one can just ask Greece, where some estimates claim 100,000 migrants are still stuck in Greece…or even Croatia, which is under pressure from illegals waved-through by Greece.

* Maybe the airlines involved only offer one way flights? 😉
