The Hungarian police force stated that it is committed to stopping illegal migrants from entering Hungary and the European Union.

* The difference between Viktor Orban and Angela Merkel is revealing. Merkel talks of fighting illegal migration while her government takes the opposite action by assisting in “rescues” and resettling illegals from the NGO boats.

Orban, on the other hand, ‘walks his talk’ by taking the necessary steps to defend Europe while stopping illegal migration. Like Salvini in Italy, Orban realizes the stakes in the Balkans.

– According to MTI, the police officers will be tasked with investigating and preventing illegal entry into Serbia and North Macedonia and help with arresting people smugglers and illegal migrants.

** There is only one step missing in which Europe will have to solve, considering the government of Greece has shown little interest in preventing entry. While the smugglers are arrested, the illegals are not being deported outside of Europe. This is a problem few seem willing to tackle, but it cannot go on forever…or can it? 😒

For now, we believe too much emphasis has been geared towards the “resettlement” of migrants inside the EU, instead of focusing on deporting the migrants outside of Europe.

Merkel is just wasting precious time, banking on some economic miracle in Africa to persuade the migrants to stay. This is rubbish and she knows it; at best, it would take decades to achieve this goal (not a given, considering the past failures involving aid to Africa), which does nothing to alleviate the immediate pressure.

Maybe a compromise with Merkel…keep sending German funds to rebuild Africa while linking that aid to actual goals (must be measurable, a certain percentage each quarter, etc.) tied to the success rate of sending back the migrants (mostly young males) to help rebuild their own countries.

If all goes as planned, maybe even some Grand Coalition members will look for opportunities there. Just saying…😉
