This in regards to an activist EU Court ruling that claimed Hungary’s national policy to deport illegals back to Serbia broke EU laws.
“This would affect Hungary’s sovereignty set out in the Constitution,” Justice Minister Varga argued, as she asked Hungary’s top court to assess whether the implementation of the EU court ruling would be compatible with country’s constitution.

Too many have already been ‘beaten-down’ and sold their souls for EU “groupthink”…to be mindlessly led by the ignoramuses of the EU Commission.

Poland and Hungary are still battling, but they seem to be the only ones left with a fighting spirit.
