Slovenia urged by EU clerk Didier Reynders (Belgium) to compromise to approve EU delegated prosecutors.
The EU just keeps expanding its scope. The nation-states have ceded far too much authority to Brussels. Always more…why?
– For this European Public Prosecutor Office (EPPO) to become operational as planned for 1 June – candidates need to be approved by the Slovenian government, which has stonewalled the issue by not putting the motion on the agenda.
Why should Slovenia feel the need to rush at the EU’s request?
This is “more EU” and another layer of wasteful EU bureaucracy that will more than likely be turned into a political weapon.
Just look at the bottom-shelf opportunist from Romania who will lead this office…she already has her hands in the cookie jar.
Slovenia will likely comply just like everyone else always does. “More EU” has become the new normal.
The EU just keeps expanding its scope and power. Can one give an example of when the EU was actually stripped of powers or Brussels was downsized? When do the states take back the powers they surrendered?
Is migration the next conquest for the EU juggernaut?
Slowly but surely a federal EU is on the horizon.
