Wise and “street-smart” authorities in Tunisia have confiscated the passport of a migrant suspected of being an Islamist militant who once served as Osama bin Laden’s bodyguard to prevent him from returning to Germany.

Despite the government of Germany’s naivety, there are still others protecting it from their lack of common sense. Hungary’s secure border greatly benefits Germany.

– Tunisian authorities say an investigation on suspicion of terrorism is ongoing, during which time he will be barred from leaving the country.

But in Germany, one cannot get in the way of the “human rights” of a terrorist or even a Somalian “pirate”.

The German court is furious and last week demanded his return, saying he may face torture in his native Tunisia. Imagine, a German court demanding the return of an associate of one of the most famous and brutal Islamic terrorists, based on an “assumption” regarding the behavior of another government?

Actually, I feel tortured just thinking about this decision.

– Aidoudi lived in the western German city of Bochum with his wife and four children for nine years. They lived on monthly welfare payments of €1,168, though his asylum application was refused because German intelligence classifies him as a dangerous person for having trained in an al-Qaeda camp in Afghanistan in 2001.

What is wrong with Germany? Are these the same EU “core values” in which a socialist German Minister (Heiko Josef Maas) and Open Society Eurocrat (Frans Timmermans) are lecturing Poland on? If so, then Poland, Hungary and others in CEE should not lower themselves to such bottom-shelf levels and need to move on from this over-rated, self-absorbed monstrosity in Brussels.

The next rebellion may have target the courts and renegade activist judges who are inventing new rights in an attempt to force their perverted values on traditional Europe.
